There was sunny weather today, as a result I went for a walk to check my feet, there is still remnants of blood blister from the last one. I’m an Idiot, i’m crippled again! I have heard the phrase don’t try to run before you can walk – where is the saying for don’t try to walk before you…can crawl? Sit still? Lay down?

Still I felt it was a good excuse to put my feet up as there I nothing I can do, and I have a pup arriving soon so rest days will soon be a thing of the past. So, sensibly, I spent the afternoon napping.
