I was really looking forward to Christmas because back in February we thought my Dad wouldn’t make it, so I was excited to be  escaping to Devon, having the odd socially distanced walk with my friends, seeing the seaside and having a good giggle with my family. I had taken a good two weeks off work and I was really done in by the time the cycle had ended. With Covid, I didn’t get to see many people but I managed to catch up (responsibly) with one or two and it was so good to do some normal things. Mostly, it was just so nice to be out of my house, somewhere else and to be with my family. I had finished my Capeciteabine tablets on Christmas Eve, so I had a week of eating, drinking and sleeping before the next session.
